Local Shipping Policy

  • We are only authorized to ship to the confirmed addresses.
  • We ship from Selangor West Malaysia, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM 
  • We ship the same day if payment clears by  PM Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Purchases made after business hours, weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. 
  • A tracking number will only emailed once the order has shipped.
  • No changes can be made once payment is received.
  • If a mistake occurs, we MUST cancel and refund the payment. You will have to repurchase the item(s) with the correct information on your payment method.


International Shipping Policy

  • Per Malaysia Customs Law, we MUST declare full value and descriptions of all items dispatched internationally with no exceptions.
  • Two[2] options for EXPRESS SHIPPING, both require a telephone number.
  1. DHL- Expedited shipping service is available at a discounted rate. DHL CANNOT SHIP to a P.O. Box.
  2. USPS Express – Express shipping services. Allows shipments to a P.O. Box.
  • Items that are returned due to wrong, insufficient, misspelled address or customer refusal to pickup will be refunded minus the shipping fee.
  • If you have specific instructions or requests on shipping or packaging, please send us a message and confirm before purchasing.


International Buyers – Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


Cancellations, Return and Refunds Policy:

Order are normally processed and despatched within 2 working days. You have the right to cancel any order at any time prior to despatch and a full refund of your payment will be made. 

If you are unhappy or dissatisfied, for any reason, with the banknotes you received from us you can return them to us within 7 days and must informed us via email. A full refund will be given provided that the notes are returned to us undamaged, and in the same condition as they were initially supplied at you own postage cost. You should taje care to package any returns securely so as to avoid damage in the post, and we recommend that you send them by either Recorded or Special Delivery mail so that a signature is obtained on receipt.

Refunds will be made to the card which was used of the original payment and will be made immediately upon cancellation of an order or upon receipt of returned goods or items.
